1994 – Mr. Vinay Narasimhan took over operations of the group.
1998 - Started manufacture of Pressed Components.
2000 - Started manufacture of Sub Assemblies.
2001 - Certified ISO:9002:1994 by RWTUV, Germany.
2003 - Moved into new facility at Bommasandara, Bangalore.
2004 - Started manufacture of Turned Components
2006 - Started manufacture of Welded Parts.
2007 - Imported State of the art presses from Taiwan.
2012 - CNC lathes in inducted into manufacturing of Turned Parts.
2012 - Started manufacture of Machined parts.
